I love the service, the only bad part about it is this app. Even when I am connected to proXPNs VPN the app still says I am "Not Connected" and "Unsecured". Pease fix this!

Saw on Engadget and ordered via stacksocial now out $40 for "premium" lifetime account / subscription ... Could not get it to work ... Just like other reviewer authentication keeps failing. ... Requested refund but have not heard back! Feel like I got suckered on this with review by Engadget and ordering via StackSocial. ...
Slow speeds but other than that it is a decent VPN for mobile and PC
App just crashes when launched. Description says app works with iOS 6.0. It obviously does NOT! Please fix this. I also bought the lifetime subscription. Not such a great deal if I cant run the app on iOS. iPod 5G, iOS 6.0.1
PPTP works great for me. But I have no link to install the OpenVPN profiles which I would really like.
For all of you that purchased the premium ProXPN service it does work - you just have to follow their instructions on their website on how to manually configure it on your device. This app isnt really an app at all. It is a profile - basically a file that applies the VPN settings for you. Im not sure why but I always got the authentication failed message when I used the profile. Then I tried configuring the settings manually and everything worked perfectly (you have to delete the profile it installs first). Hope this helps others.
Latest app - from April - installs on 7.1.2 iPhone 4s but crashes on launch. (:-( So much for free demo or lifetime subscription. (:-(
Service has significantly deteriorated - half the servers dont respond and constant crashes on my iPad Air 2. (Followed their advice/support to no avail). This is unfortunate since their service worked very well for quite some time.
= uninstall right away
Many of the servers have moved to UDP OpenVPN only connections. Why does the iOS app not support this? Why should users need to manually create their own .ovpn file?
You can no longer get access without complicated processes they dont even describe on their own website. Even when things did work, they have such slow servers, that other options are much better. Do not spend money on their services!
