The app doesnt open on iPhone 3GS with 6.1.6 nor on an iPhone 4 with 7.1.2; it opens on iPad with 9.1 but after having configured a VPN connection, and if you are lucky to get it working, all the benefits you should have as a premium _paid_ member are just fictitious.
Ookla speedtest measures my iPad internet connection as a 20-30mbps both ways up and down if connected in LTE, once the VPN has been turned on the internet speed drops down to 0.45mbps...! In the app itself the connection is flagged as unsecured (while it reads the server you are connected to). Moreover, it seems impossible to set the geographic region where you would like to be visible in, so forget to have the chance to override gel locked services.
